By Booking a photoshoot with Minipix Events Photography you agree and accept the following terms, policies and copyright below:

- Print Release : Photoshoots include photographers full print release with your purchased digital images.

- Cameras, Camera phones and Video Recorders are not permitted to be used in the studio during and photoshoot

-Notice of Legal Copyright: Minipix Events Photography forever retains the copyright to all images. Images on this website, facebook, instagram or any other medium may NOT be used by anyone other than Minipix Events Photography without permission. Upon conviction of copyright infringement in the magistrates' court the maximum term of incarceration in the UK for copyright infringement is 6 months and/or a fine of up to £50,000. Minipix Events Photography reserves the rights to publish any images taken in your photoshoot on social media networks, websites, marketing materials, editorial, trade and any other lawful purpose. 

- Do NOT copy: Please do not copy, screenshot or save any photos from the facebook, website, Instagram or other. If you purchase your digital copies you will receive a high resolution download specifically for you. For all Print and Product orders prints may NOT be copied, scanned or reproduced. 

- Photoshoot arrival: Clients must arrive on time for your scheduled photoshoot time. Late arrivals will result in less studio time which will result in fewer images. If there is another photoshoot booked in after you any later than a 10 minute lateness and your photoshoot will be cancelled and will forfeit all monies paid. All photoshoots are held by appointment only. The photographer reserves the right to finish the photoshoot in less time if the shoot is completed. 

- Sickness: Minimum of 24 hours notice is required if your child or anyone in your household is sick. Emergencies can occur, however if there is no notification from yourself all fees will be forfeited. 

- Working with babies and posing: Photoshoot results can vary. Working with babies and infants there are no guarantees. Each child is unique and poses differently. Your babies comfort is my first priority and baby will never be put in a position that is uncomfortable. You will be in the room with me at all times while I photograph your baby. You will be able to watch every single moment of the session. If there is ever anything you suddenly don’t feel comfortable with you can ALWAYS ask me to stop, regardless of what you’ve previously requested. The whole session is planned around you and your babies comfort and safety, if you don’t feel comfortable or if there’s something, no matter how tiny, niggling at you then please please say. I want you to feel relaxed and enjoy the whole session. Newborns can be fussy for any reason and may require more soothing/feeding resulting in fewer results. In the rare case your gallery is not complete due to ( stranger danger, seperation anxiety, sleepy, unwell, fussy, gassy, reflux, jaundice, teething, uncooperative, late arrivals ) no refunds will be issued.

- Creative license: The photographer will make all the final decisions regarding photoshoot styling, props, colours, blankets etc. If you have a colour preference please notify Minipix Events Photography upon booking and will be taken into consideration. Raw unedited images are not available for viewing or purchase.

- Products: Digitals, packages, prints, Wall Art are non-refundable. Orders cannot be altered or canceled once placed. Prints or products done outside labs by yourself are not guaranteed, color, contrast, and quality can vary greatly. Additional edits beyond original edit by photographer begin £20 per edit per image. 

-Payment: Photoshoot vouchers are due in full upon booking your photoshoot date. Vouchers can be purchased online via the website. Vouchers not paid by their scheduled photoshoot date will result in cancellation of your session and forfeit of your photoshoot voucher. Pricing may change without notice. Due to the enormous preparation, studio and photographer’s time, photoshoot vouchers are non-refundable. Re-shoots are not offered and pricing is non-negotiable.  

-Waiver of liability: Client expressly releases Minipix Events Photography and staff from all claims, damages, and liabilities that may result from incidents that occur during the portrait session and while the client is on the premises. This waiver of liability includes a waiver of any claim. The clients also agree not to hold harmless Minipix Events Photography for any damage to personal property during the session. 

-Sibling Newborn shots: The success of a sibling shot can depend on the overall cooperativeness of your older child. It is not uncommon that toddlers and young children do not want to sit still next to your tiny baby and don't want any part of being photographed with their new sibling right after your baby arrives. It's a pretty confusing time for them. Again, your newborn's safety is our main priority. Also, attempting a toddler/newborn shot can be very time consuming which also will take shots away from your newborn session. Attempting shots with a toddler can also be extraordinarily stressful for already exhausted parents. 

- GDPR- We take appropriate steps to maintain our contact information in a secure environment to prevent unauthorised use. We may collect information such as -Name

• Address
• Contact information including email address
• Gift recipient name and address
• Demographic information such as postcode, preferences, your children’s birthdate
• Website usage data
• Other information relevant to customer enquiries
• Other information pertaining to special offers and competition

We will never lease, distribute or sell your personal information to third parties unless the law requires us to, personal information we hold about you is stored and processed under our data protection policy, in line with the Data Protection Act 1998.

We will always hold your information securely.

To prevent unauthorised disclosure or access to your information, we have implemented strong, physical and electronic security safeguards.

We also follow stringent procedures to ensure we work with all personal data in line with the Data Protection Act 1998.

- Voucher Conditions: 

1. The voucher may not be used in conjunction with any other discount or offer, and may only be used as described.
2. The voucher may not be used to purchase photographs from a previous photoshoot.
3. The voucher is not transferable.
4. All appointments are subject to availability.
5. Please email us at codie@minipixevents.co.uk or Direct Message via the facebook page to arrange a suitable appointment time and date.
6. The voucher is valid only for a photoshoot as described in the description on that offer. This is at the discretion of the studio.
7. Only one voucher may be used per family per year.
8. Dates and times available for your photoshoot may vary depending on the season.
9. In the event of cancellation, please provide a minimum of 24 hours notice or the voucher will be forfeited and you will be required to purchase a new one.
10. Minipix Events Photography photoshoots may involve some physical activity, which is undertaken at your own risk.
11. You may not sell the voucher to any third parties or via the internet without firstly obtaining the express written consent of Minipix Events Photography. Consent may be subject to any conditions which the studio choose to impose. Minipix Events Photography reserve the right at all times to refuse to permit any sale of the voucher by you to a third party.
12. The voucher is only redeemable with proof of purchase from an authorised representative of the studio.
13. If you require a printable voucher please email us at the time of purchase and we will arrange for this to be sent to you via email.
14. You are not required to purchase any additional images from your shoot, but may do so at an extra cost if you wish.
15. Due to space restrictions we cannot photograph more than 5 people in our studio at one time. For larger groups we may be able to offer a location shoot.
16. Photographs take up to 8 weeks to make, they are a hand made product produced off site, please allow extra time for bespoke orders.
17. You will be required to visit the studio 3 times to complete your experience, shoot, preview, collection.
